The Frugal Festival is at the NoHo PAC this year, a hip new venue on Magnolia just east of Lankershim in North Hollywood. NoHo PAC is surrounded by restaurants, thrift stores, and theaters so there is plenty to do in the hour after you drop off your swappables but before the swap begins. Here is how the day will go:
10 a.m. – noon: drop off clothes, media, and housewares to swap and get your free reusable bag and free raffle ticket
noon – 1 p.m.: grab a coffee, browse thrift stores, get a bite to eat, have your nails done, etc.
1 – 3 p.m.: SWAAAAAAAP!
